  • ZMD-TSic温度传感器-上海纽沃柯
  • ZMD America公司推出的TSic温度传感器经过全面测试和校准,具有绝对测量精度,无需校准,使用方便,且具有长期稳定性。

    该传感器具有高精度带隙基准的PTAT输出、低功耗精密ADC,及片上带有E2PROM的DSP核,可用来精密计算输出温度信号。TSic温度传感器由ZMD America和IST AG联合开发。其它同类产品精度小于±0.5,且具有更高的成本和功耗。

    TSic具有快速响应时间(63%温度范围内为0.8s,采用SOP-8或e-line封装),3s之内可精确测出水温。用户定制的TSic COF器件测试周期仅为4ms。
