澎内传401水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料是由波兰特水泥，石英砂及多种活性化学物质配制而成具有渗透结晶功能的防水涂料。可为混凝土，水泥砂浆基层提供高效，与结构桶寿命的防水保护。

储存及运输要求
储存在干燥环境中，不开封条件下12个月。运输无特殊要求。
注意事项
1.施工时戴好胶手套，防目镜，口罩等防护用品。
2.本材料为碱性，若溅到眼中，可先用清水冲洗后，就医处理。
3.严禁在雨天，雾天，五级及以上大风时施工，不得在施工环境低于5℃高于35℃或烈日暴晒时施工。
4.施工完毕，涂层未充分固化前，受雨淋，霜冻会影响材料效果。

Product introduction
The 401 cement-basedwater-proof coating is a kind of water-proof coating which is made of PortlandCement, quartz sand and many kinds of active chemicals. It can providehigh-efficiency waterproof protection for concrete and cement mortar base, andthe life of structural barrel.

Method of use
1. BESMEAR BRUSH LAW:Use Hard Wool Nylon Brush, dip material to besmear evenly to finish on the basesurface.
2. Coating method: Witha special spray gun, will adjust the good material, uniform spraying finishedsubstrate.
3. Dry Sprinklingmethod: The dry powder is evenly sprinkled on the cushion layer soil or on theinitial setting concrete foundation with the Sieve Mesh.
Mixing sequence
SPRAYING POWDER: water(weight ratio) = 3.5-4:1 painting powder: Water (weight ratio) = 3.5-4:1agitator for 3 minutes until the material is mixed evenly and left for 1 minuteto use. Stir the good material within 30 minutes, such as feeling the materialhair thick, not in the water, direct mixing can be.
Dosage
WATER-PROOF ANDEROSION-PROOF DOSAGE: 1.5 KG/M2
MOISTURE-PROOF DOSAGE: 0.8 kg/m2
Storage andtransportation requirements
Store in a dryenvironment, unopened for 12 months. No special requirements for transport.
Points to note
1. Wear rubber gloves,goggles, masks and other protective supplies during construction.
2. This material isalkaline, if splashes in the eye, may use the clear water to rinse first, seeksmedical treatment.
3. It is strictlyforbidden to work on rainy days, foggy days, when there is a strong wind oflevel 5 or above, or when the working environment is below 5 °C andabove 35 °C or when it is exposed to the sun.
4. After construction, thecoating is not fully solidified before rain, frost will affect the materialeffect.
